Hi, I’m Dawn. And congratulations, you have just taken one step closer to feeling better! Reaching out for support is not easy and when we do reach out, we want to know that we will be valued for our strengths, and supported to learn new ways of coping, or being our true self.

I believe psychotherapy is an opportunity to reflect on patterns and behaviours that we may not have paid much attention to but are in fact impacting our emotions, relationships, energy and ability to fully enjoy our life. Many individuals seek therapy when they are in crisis. When this happens we want to be supported by a warm and caring person who can help us weather the storm. I can be that for you. However, I don’t think we need to be in crisis to want to better understand ourselves and grow into the person/parent/professional/sibling/partner we want to be. In my 25 years of working with people through all sorts of struggles, I have been honoured to witness the stability, confidence, self awareness, and peace they achieved through therapy. If you are ready to embark on this journey, so am I.

I look forward to getting to know you and working together!
