Sometimes life is not going how we want it to go; we can't find our jive; our zeal for life. Sometimes we fight with the people we love or have difficulty at work. Sometimes it can be tough and we don't want to go it alone.
Most of us all want the same thing: to be ourselves. The Golden Thread is about finding who we are underneath all the difficulty. The Golden Thread is our shared humanity.
If anxiety, depression, trauma, or something else is getting in the way of being yourself, the goal is the same. Our therapists want to support you to come home to yourself.
