About the Group
Sometimes our minds are so full of to-do lists, worries and anxieties, thoughts about ourselves, rumination about someone else, bills, and thoughts of future that we find it necessary to escape our own mind. This group is for people who wish
to experience life more fully and bring mindfulness into everyday life to promote their own mental wellness.

In our 90 minute group once monthly over six months we will dive deep into different mindfulness practices.
We will practice together and in between sessions and problem solve issues that might come up together.

What You Can Expect
My hope is that you will experience an increase your knowledge about mindfulness, how it applies to your life.
I hope you will leave with clear ideas about how you can use mindfulness in your life and with an experience of it
positively impacting your mental health.
