Kari's List is here to help Canadian therapists find therapists who work with therapists. Kari Kokko was a brilliant and skilled therapist who died by suicide in part because she was unable to find adequate support. She loved lists. Please add your information if you work with other therapists and use the list to locate someone to work with if you are in need.

Running a private practice is hard. We get it. Our contribution to making life easier for therapists is making our templates readily available to our community. Please download and edit any and all of these templates to help you in your practice. If there are letters and forms you'd like to see available, please reach out! We thank those who offered their templates to build on. |
Land Acknowledgement: We recognize that we live and work on the Territories of the Anishinaabek Peoples [Ah-nish-nah-beg], the Haudenosaunee [Ho-deh-no-show-nee], and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. We acknowledge that we benefit directly from Colonialism and have made a commitment to address Truth & Reconciliation in the ways that are available to us. We understand also, that this land acknowledgement is a very small drop in a large bucket on the way to Reconciliation and honouring First Nations people.
